Second time pumping our septic. First time with a different company was OK. This time with Urke was infinitely better. 3 man crew, all the right gear, total professionalism.

Urke told me today, */31/17, they are no longer doing repairs on septic system. Too bad they advertise "most comprehensive repair and service for homeowner." Urke told me to check with Navo. This might save you a step.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. She got my service scheduled very quickly. Brian and his coworker showed up at my home promptly and were very friendly and helpful! I'm a new homeowner and I have a lot to learn. I will definitely call on them again.
