This store is not even worthy of one star. (I had to leave at least one star otherwise the comment won't post!) Husband called and got a lady on the phone who put him through to customer service. Phone rang at least 35 times before the same woman picked up again. My husband tells her no one ever answered so she proceeds to put him through for a second time. Phone again rings at least 25 times before someone picks up. The guy on the other end tells my husband "Boy, you don't give up do you?" My husband tells him that he needs a specific capacitor. The man tells him, "yes, we have one." My husband sends my son to pick it up, when my son gets there the guy hands him a bag and walks away. From where my son was standing he saw the guy sit down on a bucket next to another employee! My son then takes the capacitor out and notices it is bigger than what my husband needed. My son gets the guy to come back over and my son asks the employee if that size capacitor will work. (My husband had taken a picture of what he needed) the employee then tells my son "well certainly not." The employee then proceeds to walk away! My son asked the employee if he had the capacitor he needed. The employee told my son they didn't have one! We live at least 20 minutes away from this business, what a huge wast of time, gas and patience!

Must read. Worst customer experience in my life. I work Monday thru Friday during the week and this store is only open Monday thru Friday. My wife and I have been remodeling our house and we need many new lights for it. We are expecting to spend upwards of $3000 on lighting. I know for many that may not be a lot of money. But for my wife and I that is a lot. I managed to sneak out of work and hour early today to look at lights at this store. Traffic was very bad and my wife and I didn’t manage to show up at the store till about 15 minutes till 5 pm when their sign said they closed. I was approached at about 10 till five and told the store closed in 10 minutes. Two minutes later a women asked if we were purchasing lights for a whole house. When I told her no but I still needed a considerable amount of lights she was less that interested. She walked away. One minute later the same women announced on the pa that the store would be closing in 8 minutes. While my wife and I were taking notes on a couple lights they turned off all the lights in the building at 4:57. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. Their business must be incredibly good to allow them to treat customers like this. If they treat me like this before they take my money, how do you think they will treat me after they take my money. Run away from this place.

Our electrician encouraged us to shop there and we are so very glad we did! Not only did we find it to be a BEAUTIFUL showroom with lots and lots of options for lights and fans...from the economical versions to the very affordable and indeed they have the other extreme of what I would call luxury versions...ones that I am only able to dream about. But what a thrill to wonder amongst them for a while.
I had the pleasure of working with Pamela and found her to be amazing! Pam is intuitive and got to know me and my tastes pretty quickly. She guided me to options I am sure to enjoy for years to come.
I have never, ever visited a lighting showroom like this one before and highly recommend you to it.
