So after feeling racism last month at this bank. This month went back in like I regularly do and today was a very good experience and I can see how they are changing some stuff. Young lady who helped me today was professional and nice. She handled my transaction in a timely matter and I felt comfortable with her and how she spoke to me. So thanks for stepping up the bank etiquette and hugging someone who don’t judge a person by how they look or dress. This made me happy and now I will share this experience with my friends and family.

Seriously the banker asked me why I'm in town when I was trying to open an account. I was in town visiting a friend and decided to open an account. Well she said she couldn't help me. I wasn't trying to use any other address but the one in my Drive License.
