Probably the worst us bank branch in California. Dean the branch manager will never return a phone call, nor will Gabe the business banker. Additionally, The branch turns off their phone systems when they get busy and their is no way to leave a message.
When I opened a new business account they ordered me 150 checks for a cost of $75 without asking for approval. Then, the charge shows up and I'm shocked at the $.50 per check charge.
I have had a positive experience with us bank elsewhere. Now that I live in Carlsbad, I'm looking to terminate my 15 year relationship with us bank so that I can bank with more professional people.
