Recently moved and started using this branch instead of the one I'm used to. So far everyone has been extremely helpful, and they often recognize me and call me out by name (when I'm going there frequently in a week). Gretchen helped me upgrade my safety deposit box, and while there were a few complications involved, she handled it like a trooper.
I would definitely recommend using this bank/branch. I have been a customer with USBank for over 20 years, and the only problem I've had with them is incorrectly setting my daily spending limit on the debit card too low. Takes a significant period of time to get that changed for some reason. Other than that though, no complaints.
Most of the bad reviews I've read through seem to be coming from entitled folks that believe they should receive the more complicated services without having to make appointments for it. I had to make an appointment for my safety deposit box stuff, no big deal. I'm glad that they offer appointments.
