Closed now on Saturday? Great way to service your customers that work a m-f 9-5. What do you suggest they do? Let me guess, online banking? very nice staff here but these hours are a disservice to the customer, thanks U.S. Bank.

Not allowing customers to use the bathroom is rude and inhospitable. Nothing makes me want to close out my accounts more than that. If I'm not worth that as a customer, it's time to shop for a bank that will at least allow investors that much
