Completely outdated branch and Bank. Very poor customer service at this location. Employees here will ignore you and then tell you to use the App instead of visiting their branch, even when the place is empty. Just a total lack of care for customer support. Have spent far too much time and frustration here to continue banking with them.

This branch is very bad with follow up and everything they promise you to do. When I stop by in person , I ordered checks in a branch with the branch manger, and ask him to get rush as important to my business to receive a check book soon. He got in person all my information and advises as I'm going to receive checks soon. Three weeks latter, I follow up on my order with this branch and a teller advice as they have no idea where the check, I never received, and they offering to start the process all over again. I will not recommend this branch for business.

I’ve about had it with Us Bank, I went into the samamish branch and they put a hold on my account until my check deposited. The teller(Forest) at the Samamish Branch never told me I had to come back to that branch and he had to be the one to take the hold off and that he will be on vacation. So I go into this location today and I stay there for like 20-30 minutes while they called someone in the samamish branch and asked them how to remove the hold. Cheyenne at this branch told me they were able to remove the hold finally and she has to leave because they were technically closed, so I leave the bank and they lock the doors and the bank is closed til Tuesday I call the 800 number there’s nothing they can do and the hold hasn’t been removed. Now I’m here on a holiday weekend, no money, stranded mind you I even called the 800 number this morning 5 minutes before I headed to the bank and still wasn’t told I have to go to the same branch or have the same person remove the hold. This is my first time ever dealing with a hold I was told a few days by the 800 number to have a branch put it on my account I didn’t even know it was a thing, I’m beyond furious I want to cry!!
