Not happy!
I was told to be there at 2:30 pm .
I showed up waiting in line to be told to go sit down and wait some more only for them to take care of everybody else coming in than when everybody left , they left us sitting there again longer 30 minutes later we walked out today feb/12/2024

Avoid this location if you want to use the ATM or drive through service. I sat and waited 10 minutes before someone told me "there is one in front of you". I laughed and asked for my ID back and went to another location. Absolutely no customer service here and with no regard at all. I will be looking to for a different bank. I guess 25+ years with this bank means nothing lol. What a joke...
