Horrible bank. Paid full year for safety deposit box, then shortly after they sent me threatening notices of final noticed of non-payment.
So I called this branch to figure out what was going on. The branch manager not only didn't apologize or take any responsibility, but suggested that my stress over the weekend wondering about these notices was my fault. He said that I should have called them earlier. However, I did call and this branch was closed on the weekend. He sounded very arrogant and couldn't care less about what I went through when they were clearly in the wrong.
