Customer service is rude went in to try and deposit money on a family members account lady gave a werid face and asked for my SSN and ID went to another branch and they didn't ask for anything an were very polite!

I have banked here for a very long time had a few problems here and there but I just went to the ATM today and deposited $3,000 and the ATM took the money and my card and then broke called the 800 number and they told me it could take up to 45 days to fix ... That is 100% unacceptable!!!! That's my food money and my gas money and my rent money what am I supposed to do now and it destroyed my bank card so I am at a complete loss with my money if I ever get my money back i am sure I will be moving banks this is not ok
