This is got to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I was there at 9 for an appointment this morning and was ignored at the door was not greeted or even spoken to. They continued to keep the door locked even though I had an appointment my daughter travel across the state to sign some papers so now the trip was wasted because they wouldn't even let me in the front door they ended up calling the police because I knocked on the door several times and got no response at which point I left the cops contacted me we went back to the bank I was trespassed from the bank and that Bankers would still not come out and communicate with me they have took it upon themselves and said they would close my account and it would send me a check if this is the way they treat people is that bank I'm sorry for you people

Everyone has been nothing but nice, helpful, knowledgeable. I have dealt with most of them in many departments and they are all great. I have been a customer since 1992, had a mortgage with them and now have an equity loan, two checking accounts and a money market account. Great business.

Always kind and helpful. NEVER call the toll free customer service number, they are awful. Deal directly with the bank, they are always friendly and helpful and give me plenty options when I need credit or loans. I currently have a mortgage, line of credit, reserve account, checking and savings accounts. I'm a happy customer!
