Very disappointed that after a 20 year relationship with this bank and branch they don't have the ability to provide great customer service anymore. We have personal and business accounts and they greet me by first name everyday I stop in to make deposits. Last night one of my deposits contained a $14 check that was endorsed properly to me and they wouldn't take it without the person that endorsed it present. Apparently they are worried about fraud. They know me by name, they have thousands of my dollars sitting in accounts generating more in interest for them each month than this $14 check is worth but they won't deposit it because it might be fraudulent..... US Bank has taken away the branches ability to provide the personalized service we all expect and deserve. For the first time in 20 years I will be shopping for a new bank.
