1 star only is for the good atms& beautiful security guard man. Nothing else here except ppl inside depressing the entire place that are judgemental, rude, stuck up, waste of time ppl that time will turn back on them when its their turn in life and nobody will help them everybody will lsugh at them too especially the mexican personal banker whos at the desk and said oh well your insurance company doesnt care and will make you homeless with your child. Also, refused to waive any bank statements to print off. Horrible people and badd practicing ppl who are evil and more cold than a greedy medical surgon with no licences or education. Worst branch i ever been in and i will never stop inside again it unless to close my accounts which i thinking about it myself after years its not worth the issues anybodies kist hired to stand/sit there being bored or talk bad to ppl not helping anybody. After meeting that mexica guy at the desk that personal bankers too and the tellers both are bring that buisness down they are not open to working with anybody in the communitys or whos lower income and or poor ppl beware they hate homeless and laugh at you as if it cant happen to them they will end up there too in the long run ...karma will severe them well just stay out of that place and close your accounts will be better for everyone.

This is my least favorite location. Unfortunately for me it’s the closest to where I live. There are 8 windows in this bank, rarely are there more than 2 tellers. There’s usually 3-4 people at desks. They occasionally stand up and try to steer you to use the ATM machine.

Very very long wait for anything. The branch appears to be significantly understaffed given that many physical branches closed during the pandemic, resulting is consistently long wait times for customers. I think this way of doing business does not stand up to US Bank’s reputation for good customer service. In-person services may be much more expensive to provide than online banking, but still a necessary component of providing banking services and should not be such a hassle to receive.
