Worst bank ever ! customer service at this branch is horrible. First off, they are a very conservative bank not flexible at all and if they don’t like u good luck. Second off all 90% of there employees don’t even know there own company policies, they don’t explain nothing to you, something has to happen for you to see what kind of bank they are. I think some of there polices are a bit ridiculous & outrageous. Third, they never answer there phone when u call. I literally called one day while I was driving from my place of business, which was a 15 min drive and sat in the waiting area while I was the next one to be helped and the phone line rang, and it rang for 12 minutes no body answerd, that was like almost 30 minutes and there was like 4-5 employees in the back counter with only 3 tellers, open and 2 bankers on the floor what’s up with that????? And it’s funny how if you ask the teller something or the banker, and they have no idea they type to each other threw computers instead of walking up to a manager or Co-work and ask right away. Bunch of lazy employees lol!!!!!! Fourth, theres a assistance manager that told me she needs to get to know me before she is willing to help or make things easier for my Banking needs, great way of customer service, oh and she’s got a attitude with out even trying so hard. And to top it off if u deposit CASH after 8:00 pm it won’t post untill the next business day, because they will put a hold on cash . Lol I don’t recommend this bank for business accounts AT ALL!! personal maybe but I’m glad I didn’t move all my personal stuff to this bank And omg they push u like crazy to get lines of credit for you’re account to be free or make banking easier for you And they are a Bunch of rip/offs there over draft fees are crazier BOA or Wells Fargo at least they will credit you more than two fees, this bank will tell you to take a hike and if u don’t like it oh well, and when you put a complain in for them to improve and make them better they rather close you’re account and not have to deal with u ... I’m glad I left, never got a good felling with this bank go open one with Wells or chase or even BOA.
Oh and they have no drive-through in vv locations 👎 and there ATM machines suck!! If u get a temporary atm card you cannot deposit cash or checks at all no exceptions. And there 30 day policy for holds on deposits is a joke. It’s to there convenience. I was past the 30-60-90 days and they still give me a hard time every time I deposit. They don’t help small business at all. WE ARE THE REASON WHY YOU GUYS ALL HAVE JOBS !
