Idk who she was but she was one of the worst people I talked to. Middle aged and just plain mean. Sat in the back right corner as you enter bank. Ugliest personality I have come across. Hateful and has no compassion or empathy.

If I could leave negative stars I would, but only for the sake of this review. Such an inconvenience of operation hours. This location closes at 4 p.m. and the ATM machines located outside are typically out of service. What a waste, definitely makes me reconsider banking with US bank.

Worst customer service ever. Will never come back to this location. Gevorg is a terrible manager. US Bank Should re-consider his position.
