If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is rude employees make me feel unwelcome. The employees and staff or whoever comes in and tampers with the weed. I got an open package of weed, I truly believe my weed gets laced here and resealed often. Another time my pack of joints were scrunched up in a firm plastic tray. ATM fee charge when you use your card. And they round up to the nearest $10 when you use your card seems like they want 0’s on their bank statements and charge extra then give you cash back after you used your card to make a transaction. I was making a purchase the employee had me insert my card at least 4 times because they’re card machines don’t work at times. My first visit at US BLOOM I was told I have to use an ACTUAL BANK CARD since my other cards weren’t not being accepted by their ATM machines. Seems like anyone who has beef with me can come in US BLOOM and tamper with the cannabis products I purchase. Bad vibes. Not a vibe here. Also seems like they’re attempting or they are using my bank info to do illegal activities.

I got a $15 eighth. It was supposed to be gelato I then asked for another one. She swapped out the gelato 8th for 2 grape pie 8ths. That's not what I asked for I asked for gelato now I'm stuck with 2 8ths that I did not ask for and I took an Uber down there. It's not like I can go down there and correct this. So basically I was screwed out of thirty one bucks.
