Social security purports to benefit the disabled and low-income and have a limitation and exclusions to housing for these victims that are homeless. The county housing authority is not a governmental business of the county. It has a board of directors that elects who has priority. Santa Cruz has not been opened since maybe 2018. Monterey was just open and they have a lotto where I was applying July 1st to the 12th within 10 minutes I was over 3,000 on list. Unfortunately for this business Federal claims court in San Jose is the next option to offer a solution when individuals are trying to work cramped up in vehicles or camping and traveling. There is no assistance and success rate is noticeably unpublished, due to the mechanical application of laws. It's so eggregarious that citizens will attack other citizens from other cities states as displacement is unconscionable, a business like the housing authorities is approved by them only. The counties offer a 1,500 deposit fee for non applicants homeless which in 6 months if the individual stays the deposit is released. Lack of coordination and management state and federal as as a state civil rights department was fair employment housing has no jurisdiction over the abrogation between state laws and federal. HUD civil rights department has no issue with management problems of the directors selection of arbitrary or Lotto qualifications.
