This US Navy museum is just wonderful.  We needed to get out of the city and do a short road trip and this ride was perfect.

The layout and exhibits in this museum are wonderful.  The history and artifacts presented are explained really well and make you want to learn more.  I spent the entire afternoon there and just barely finished viewing everything.

I really enjoyed reading the history of the submariners and the evolution of each type of weapon from the torpedoes to the ballistic missiles.  It is just amazing!    Visit this place!  You won't be disappointed.
