I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I strongly do not recommend this place.
I took my baby to get a passport photo, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. After we arrived, the person simply took out a phone, snapped some pictures, and edited them through an app. Since we were already there, I decided to go ahead with it and pay for the service. However, when it was time to pay, I was shocked to be charged $45 for an infant photo. This price was not listed on the website, and I felt deceived.
The process lacked any professional skills—there was no proper lighting or camera involved. They were using free apps "PassportEditor" to take the photo and "Photoroom" to remove the background, something I could have easily done myself. I regret paying $45 for such a poorly done photo. The shoulders were cropped awkwardly, the hair was left messy, and the lighting on the face was terrible.
I've attached the photo they took—just look at the left shoulder and the awful hair. I've never encountered such poor service in San Francisco. I found this place through Google and read some reviews, but I want to give an honest account for anyone else considering this place for passport photos.

First of all, I was calling and sending messages before arriving. Secondly, the service you provided was unprofessional. You used two apps, 'Passport Photo' and 'Photoroom,' which didn't demonstrate any professional photo skills, and I don't believe the service was worth the price. There was no proper lighting or camera, and we weren't informed about the cost until it was time to pay.
Frankly, I question whether the positive reviews are genuine because no one mentioned that you use apps and a phone for the photos. If you claim to have good reviews but treat us differently, it feels even worse, as it suggests discrimination. The infant should not be used as an excuse. If all it takes is one second and an app to create a passport photo, then even $25 would be too much to charge.
Again, I was misled by the reviews despite paying the $45 as requested. I'm sharing my honest review to help others avoid being deceived
