Never go here. Worst experience ever. They charge for services and replacement parts that they don’t actually replace or perform and they advertise warranty on all work, but it’s a lie. They are over priced and take advantage. Horrible customer service and bad business. I’ve had to go back several times after getting my motor replaced, with on going issues ever since. Even after admitting fault, they don’t take responsibility. I would never take my car there again. Shouldn’t need a lawyer for car repairs. More lies in the reply.. and yes you charged me $100 for an oil change, and spilled oil everywhere. You charged for spark plugs but didn’t not even replace them! I have proof. And provided you proof! My car never had issue before this, and you put a motor that didn’t even fit in my car! I will be sending a bill, from a real shop. You didn’t check the motor before putting it in my car? I’ve had issues since the replacement.. and the lady thinks she knows more then everyone, but is just aggressive and argumentative. Not helpful or knowledgeable.

My older truck suddenly developed a shimmy and started pulling to the right so I took it in to see what was wrong, anticipating that I needed a wheel alignment or something in the steering replaced. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as a badly separated tread in my left front tire! They inspected everything else and found nothing wrong. I took my truck to the shop where I purchased the tires and they confirmed the diagnosis and replaced the tire under my warranty.

This is the second time I have been here to this shop lately and the customer service has been excellent. Rachel has been very helpful getting my Yukon in for service and the work has been great! Great job to the techs! Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend this business to everyone.
