They were supposed to have opened 15 minutes ago but nobody is even here. Another guy standing outside waiting with me said they do this all the time. This place is unprofessional. Sure, you can get the service you need if they’re actually here. Big if though, since they don’t respect their own posted hours

My mother in law Janet has been going here for over 8 years and does loans on a month to month basis due to her being on SSI. They processed her repayment for two weeks and now her account is overdrafted and being charged fees until she gets paid again. Huge mistake on their part. When we called for clarification the woman was rude and said "can your mother not read?" It has always been month to month for over 8 years. They know her only income is SSI. She's 72 years old and was a loyal customer until today. I can't believe how rude the new girls are that work there.. also why isnt she ever given copies of her terms/contracts ? Customers should always be given a hard copy of the terms. Especially when they don't have an email address.

I cant believe this they charged me to register my vehicle but after told me they didnt have the tag for me nor a plate now i have messed up incorrect paper work no plate no tags and i asked for a moving pass at very least but they dont do that so now my vehicle is at risk because of their mstake and they claim there is nothing they can do i have to work what happens if my car gets took from me and impounded i regret coming here the paper work i have is wrong and now i have to figure out how to fix all that but after 2 weeks for it to come in the mail
