Quite possibly the worst service I think I’ve ever received. This is the second time i’ve been locked out of my checking out without warning. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was on hold for approximately 7 hours! I’m not sure if it’s just a matter of incompetence or just not caring for their customers but USAA will is flat out awful. Don’t bank here. (Photo is of my third phone call with them
