We came into the store in august bought a j7 on sale we asked to buy the phone out right. No payments and add a line... we were under the impression we got a phone original $270 on sale for $100 bucks. We bought the cheapest phone possible. Got accessories for the phone and wanted them billed to the account. I signed a contract assuming I was signing for the new # added to the account. Later be be told I still owe $225 how is this possible if I've been supposed to have been making payments last 5 months and it was on sale. I paid cash for the phone and knew I'm my mind I owned the phone. Come monday I had enough $$ to upgrade my husband phone to new $500 S9 only to find out they had me pay for accessories for said phone and taxes and I dont own it. I'm a beyond upset and I called customer service for them to tell me that they cant help me either. I will never go through us cellular ever again after I'm done with my contract. I'll take my hard earned $$ somewhere with better customer service than this place dont waste your time with this store I tried to get more expensive phone and they obviously didnt want to keep my business help me upgrade.
