Yesterday I bought a new cell phone. Upon entering the store I was waited on immediately. Renee was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and get the phone set up for me. This was the best phone buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend US Cellular. You can even make an appointment and they do curbside service.

Be careful if you pay your bill in cash... You will get a notice from a collections agency 6 months later to collect that "debt". Of course, there is no proof that it was paid (unless you keep all receipts for over 6 months), so I had to pay it twice PLUS a late fee. DON'T PAY THEM CASH.
