I don't recommend this store. Every single time I go there something goes wrong. This last time, I went to purchase a smart watch (my first one ever) and I had asked the associate how the LTE works with watches since I work at the hospital and wanted to not have my phone on me. She said it will automatically connect to the network and so on... what she FAILED to mention is that they do not have the ability like a cellphone to obtain network connections in large buildings. So I spent 1 week trying to figure this out on my own, and trouble shooting with tech support for a while, finally someone with tech support had figured it out and told me "hey your LTE works its just not going to work in your building" Not only that when I called the store to tell them this information, they didn't apologize for any inconvenience, and just transferred me right over to customer service.
Find a different store, or just order your things online and avoid the human incompetence.

Have been a customer for over 20 years, still a customer. Exceptional value, look around, good value for price. I travel for work and never had any service issues. Does it work in the middle of nowhere? Not always, but no carrier works everywhere. I also have Verizon for work, it doesnt work everywhere either. When you go to store do you have to wait? Sometimes. They are busy helping customers, plan ahead, go at a slower time, plan to wait, sign up on the customer list get lunch come back when the estimate a rep will be available. Staff are always knowledgeable, must be their training. Staff are friendly, must be hiring good people. Still very happy here.

Good Lord I waited for over 30 minutes and there was a woman in there waiting before I got in there. It would be different if there was only one associate working but there were 32 of which were carrying on and talking to each other in the back room and then came out to the front and continued. I guess I will not be switching to US cellular today. Actually I probably won't change to us cellular at all. I don't have a kind of patience.
