There was a line of about 4 customers waiting to be helped while the lady working was chatting up a customer. She would tell them a story, scan 1 item, then continue on with another story. What should have taken 5 minutes to ring someone up stretched out to 30+. This is horrible customer service. She did not greet a single person who came in or even acknowledged us once. We walked out after 30 minutes of being ignored. Please look into your employees customer skills as they are quite lacking.

I have never been treated so horrible nor so embarrassed in my 61 years of life. I have upgraded 4 lines in less than 6 months in this store which totalled over 4000. I agreed to meet a person at this Mt Horeb stored to sell one of the phones I purchased at the Mt Horeb location and was completely humiliated. I was told to NOT do this again at this location. I attempted to explain that I upgraded Friday and was cut off and told the manager would not like it. Ok, I tried again but, was cut off and told "if I want to complain, go outside ." Also,"there are cameras everywhere." I wasn’t complaining, I was confused. I am speechless, in shock and deciding what I am going to do here. February 18th at 1:30

I went in to visit this location, after a very bad experience at one of the Madison locations. I was greeted immediately after coming inside by Alicia, who was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. She helped me choose a new phone, explaining the differences between each and allowing me to choose one that suited my needs. While I was there, she was very good about saying "hello" to others coming into the store, acknowledging them quickly but sticking with me until my transaction was finished. I will not go to any other locations after my experience here.
