It was an extremely unpleasant experience. The line was incredibly long, and the staff were not just impatient but downright rude. They barely listened to me and seemed annoyed by any questions I had.

I went here for biometrics and all I can say is they did an amazing job. My appointment was 8am and they accommodated me at 7:45am and finished at 8am. Fast service, courteous staffs and great security. Just be ready for $8 parking fee 😅

Great experience. I went for the Canada visitor visa biometrics here. Although we didn't have an appointment for this location, we walked in with an appointment for the same day we had booked at a different state. Priority is given to people who have a confirmed appointment for this location before they entertain others. They seemed understaffed, but every member of the staff was nice and doing their best. They were very fast and efficient in collecting the biometrics, and I don’t think they could have done any faster with the available staff. We went in at 8 am and were out at 9:30 am.
