We drove all the way from Seattle for a biometrics appointment. We had a lot of apprehension based on the reviews of OTHER USCIS offices.
It all changed the minute we walked in the YAKIMA office. We arrived early and it was lunch time. Yet one of the security professionals stepped out and said they will be there shortly with us at the appointment time. They were very kind and respectful. We went through the security scan and they were very thorough with the process and work yet CARED and suggested some local places to eat after appointments. Gentlemen, THANKYOU!
We walked in and were attended by 2 of the best office staff we ever experienced, Briana and Autumn. They are very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. They were very kind and acknowledged our drive and effort to come their. They also asked and suggested local places as it was lunch time for us. It took us less than 15mins with the process.
We went with very minimal expectations as there wasn’t any appointments in the nearby USCIS offices but it was worth the drive. The drive is scenic, it’s a small beautiful town to spend the afternoon and the office infrastructure, parking etc. is awesome.
Everyone at the USCIS YAKIMA office is awesome at their job and upholds USCIS mission, they are welcoming , treats people with respect and fairness.
God bless these kind souls.
(I Requested a picture while coming out and the gentlemen agreed.)
