My dad has been a patient here for years and for the last 2 years we have seen him decline with no sort of explanation or interventions given. I don’t understand how a doctor can just mention a diagnosis (a pretty hefty one at that) so casually without any discussion or any bedside manner to how sensitive this might be. It’s almost as if they stop putting in effort for the older ones, which is not fair in my eyes. I just don’t understand how a medical professional that we put out trust in for our care seem so heartless? I would never trust these doctors to care for any of my family members or friends anymore. Please rethink before you send your loved ones here

AWFUL! I had an appointment for a TB test for work. I arrived at 11:20am because my appointment was at 11:40am. I finally saw a doctor at 12:10pm, only for her NOT to knock on the door and almost hit me with it since she swung it open so fast. Then she says that I have to wait an extra 30 minutes because the lab person just went to lunch. I WAIT the 30 minutes only for the lab person to tell me that she can’t do the TBA test on the weekends, it can only be done on weekdays before 12pm. Why did no one tell me this before scheduling or seeing the doctor or medical assistant?? I wasted 2hrs of my day! Save your time and money go somewhere else.

I have been coming to this clinic and seeing Dr. Atkins for 13 years and I have never had a bad experience here. I have also been treated by other providers and still been treated very well. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful too! I will continue to recommend this clinic to friends and family :).
