I have ordered a total of 4 items from V-Line in the last 6 months. All were shipped promptly and arrived before the promise date.

Today I received a shipment and I am sad to report that the wrong item was shipped. Mistakes happen, and it's how the company deals with the mistake that makes all the difference.

I called v-Line, and immediately (no holding or waiting) spoke with Mary, who got all the details, apologized, and made everything right within 60 seconds. No making excuses, no trying to weasel out of the mistake, no trying to blame me. Pretty much the text-book way of how to deal with a mistake the right way.
