Great company to work with! V2 is a respectable company that does the right thing with landlord and tenant law. These negative reviews are from terrible tenants that didn’t pay their rent and is now claiming it’s V2 fault. These claims are untrue. There’s a specific tenant review on here that didn’t pay rent for months, tried ripping us off, and refused to move out. I’m so glad this guy is finally moved out. He was only renting my house for a few months, was late on EVERY rent payment, and then finally decided he was not going to pay at all because he’s a loser. We will take him to collections for all the past due amount he owes so that he doesn’t do this to anyone else. Good work V2!!!
