Much like so many other reviews, I too have had a poor experience with V3. My project began before October 2023 and we just got permission to operate this month (June 2024). The completion date was supposed to be January 2023 but that ship sailed a LONG time ago. The company sent people out here every couple days while we were deciding whether to use V3 or not but once we signed the contract it was a ghost town….crickets. They never contacted me I ALWAYS had to initiate any and all communication. After several weeks of nothing being done I reached out again to get things moving. Of course they said they were just getting ready to schedule my job. Once the job began they would say they had to have the “scheduler” contact me to arrange sendings workers here. Weeks would go by before anyone showed up and when they did, it was a surprise and there was no word from “the scheduler”. In fact, when they were digging up my property (5 young men and an excavator) I received a text message from “the scheduler” that they are still working on getting someone scheduled to come out here and begin the trenching. At one point they had to changes the system plans because the designer didn’t realize they couldn’t hang the 100 lb batteries on the thin sheetmetal barn wall. That’s no problem expect that they didn’t actually redraw the plans and submit to the county building department….another delay. When they completed one part of the job there would be a two week or more pause where nothing was happening until I called, and again “the scheduler will call you”. The problems go on and on, including needing ”the scheduler” to call the county for an inspection….Another two weeks. I have many years of experience in the construction industry and know that the only thing required to call for an inspection is for someone to pick up the phone and call!!! So after many months of struggling to get someone to take charge and get this job completed, I called the first guy that made contact with me and asked who was running the project. He gave me his name and number so I called. He was super nice but didn’t do ANYTHING, he still hasn’t done anything. I’ve called Customer Support three times for one simple service call now that the system is up and running (the system is not reporting to the cloud via the cellular modem they installed) but I get the same answer…”the scheduler will call you”…. but as expected no one has called. I called again and asked to be elevated to the next tier of support or to speak to a supervisor and of course “none were available”. Do you think they called me back? NOPE.
My opinion: this company doesn’t care about its customers and it certainly doesn’t have any real customer support. I can not recommend this company at all. Once the contract was signed they basically disappeared and just don’t care about the customer. The only reason they get any stars is because the workers that came to do the work were nice kids (no one was over 25 years old). No supervisor EVER showed up here and as a result they failed the final inspection because they installed an undersized wire. Thank goodness the inspector caught it!
Still waiting for a callback…. It’s just shameful really.
