Booked a room with them and they made a mistake and did not get the room scheduled correctly. Told me last minute that they could not help me out and would refund my $7000. They have continuously promised a refund but almost 6 weeks later now and I do not have a refund. They promise a refund any day but never follow through with their word. They were so quick to answer the phone to take my money but now are extremely slow to respond and won’t answer direct questions about my refund. Not a professional company. Book your stays elsewhere as your family vacation time is not worth the hassle.

Booked a room in Maui for a big family vacation, had to pay everything upfront that was over 20k. Was very nervous because there was no room assigned. We arrived in Maui and Nick called in a panic telling me the rooms are not ready and one 2 bedroom was not available. We had to stay a night in another room then move to the room that was booked. We asked for a credit on the room but that took several months and lots of phone calls to be resolved. They are not a very organized company. I will not be using vacations homes only anymore.

Nicholas has really come through for us on two trips to Hawaii. On the first trip I worried that our deal was too good to be true. No need to worry. Everything Nicholas promised was became true Same thing on our next trip in spring of 2024. We would not think of going to Hawaii without booking with Nicholas.
