You never expect a flat tire on the 99 to be a good experience but remarkably it was. Thanks to the extensive knowledge and experience of Victor, my Scatpack Challenger was taken to a recommended tire shop. I left with 2 brand new, front tires. From the moment I got off the phone with Victor while waiting on the 99, I was home start to finish within an hour and a half! That's crazy good!

We broke down in a camper RV towing a boat on 58. Victor at Valencia towing took the job when no one else would. We had been stuck on the side of the road for hours. He managed to get what seemed like an impossible job done and got us safely off the side of the freeway. He then went beyond to help with our back tires that had fallen off just so we wouldn’t be on the ground. Super helpful. Great attitude. Highly recommended.
