Called to inquire about a purchase made. A week and half of phone calls, two voicemails, a call to the mall's Guest Services....still no return call. Called a week later and finally got a hold of a person and was told that no one answers calls or checks the voicemails when its busy (so why bother having it?). Then was told I would receive a call the next day about my order. One week....no return call. Finally called again and was the item purchased is SOLD OUT. Literally took THREE WEEKS to be told the item we purchased is sold out. Will no longer be purchasing from ANY Valentino store. Letter emailed to customer service as well.

We were the only 2 in line, we were told they were sanitizing real quick and it would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes we left, and decided to order online.
