Terrible customer service. They follow you around as if you were going to walk out with their furniture. Lady had the nerve to yell at my son for placing his toy on top of a table. Also found the same furniture for a lower price at Cost Rite Furniture!

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is every bit a showroom. Quality-wise, you can compare the furniture to slightly-better Ikea with prices around the same range. Staff were all friendly and two of them helped me load my truck.

Don't bother spending your money here. They're guaranteed to cheat you with selling you a floor model while claiming that it's brand new. They also charge for delivery within the Vallejo City limits and charge for taking away old furniture. The bottom line is their customer service sucks immensely. It's unfortunate because we were former customers, but never again. If we could post a negative star, we would. Not once did they apologize or offer to deduct money from the original price in exchange for the floor model. Go to Three Brothers instead for quality items and great customer service just down the street.
