I've lived here almost 3 years now come oct 9th, 2022 and the 2 great things about it are the pool and exercise room. Otherwise the problems with tenants and outsiders is overwhelming if your not use it. Nothing in the office is organized the staff are ok but they change way to often and stuff gets lost, the truency officer here is a joke that's one of the worst parts about this place. There have been a couple different times parents will let there kids run with no clothes or shoes in the middle of parking lot with cars coming in and they are 2yrs old or younger. I'm moving but good luck with these apartments to future residents.
I moved in approximately a month ago and so far, pretty great. This is a 200+ unit property with a 3-person management team in the office and for the Maintenance Team. The District/Regional Manager is here in Spokane and works closely with the Admin Mgt team so there is accountability and great ideas from them all for making it a nice and decent place to live.
My move-in process went really well, maintenance fixed some things fairly quickly and did a good job, (it's a big complex) and the Office Mgmt team has continued to be professional, take incoming calls and are NICE to residents. The Manager is a Rockstar and is very strict (and fair) about the rules so it stays nice here.
If you are the kind that doesn't really care about neighbors and don't care if you break the rules please don't come here! If you want a nice place so you can feel like you live in a decent community then definitely apply here. It's still an apartment complex, but it is by far the best property I have lived at for many years. The Mgr's listen if we end up with rule breakers as neighbors and the apts are nice!
