We had a new stereo put into our 2007 vehicle. Replacing an old aftermarket radio that was not working well. The service was some of the best service we have received in a long time from any business. These guys are great communicators, excellent at their craft, and provide all this at an exceptional value. We started at Best Buy, and would have ended up having to pay twice what we paid here for everything and would have had to wait 4 weeks to have Best Buy install the stereo. We bought everything we thought we needed online, took it to Valley Audio Install for installation within days of calling them. They were able to use existing apparatus and saved us even more money for accessories we didn't need and can return for refund. Could not be happier with their service. Thanks Guys!

Jeff and the folks here are great. Over 30+ years experience and they gave us a heads up on another issue which was helpful. Sully is my favorite part of this experience.. Such a sweet greeter and ambassador. Found our guys and would highly recommend.. Oh and he had us in and out in no time. Not to mention we now have sound so yay!!!! Thanks guys appreciate you..

10/10 experience with Jeff. He went above and beyond to help me get an amplifier installed in my truck. I needed him to hook up a back up camera and a install an amplifier. And despite multiple obstacles he got it done for me on a tight timeline. (I did not have the correct wires for the hookup to my aftermarket head unit and he cut and rewired the amp straight to the head unit. Could not be more happy that I ended up with Jeff, and his price was the best around.
