Absolutely beautiful cake for my grandmas 85th birthday. My grandma is very selfless and when you ask her what she wants she says I dont know. Daralyn helped pick out some delicious flavors. We chose lemon cake with blueberry compote and a vanilla bean Italian butter cream. It was moist and delicious. Daralyns Customer service was a delight.
Side note... I recently ordered a cake from another place and it was a terrible experience. I asked for my 14 year old son to use her creative ability. We got a all white italian butter cream with white beads and white sprinkles and a chocolate drizzle. The butter cream was lumpy and not even. It also tasted like i was eating butter. The cake was dry and the owner said she was sorry for the "miscommunication" I was so disappointed.
This experience with Daralyn, made me not have a dislike for italian butter cream. I will definitely be coming back here again!
