I went to the front desk for help with a bit of a complicated situation regarding my brother’s primary care. The lady with a blonde bun and glasses who assisted my mom and I today 3/29 around 4:30 was very professional and helpful! She came up with a quick resolution and we’re grateful for her.

Updating my review because it has gotten better. They have made a patient portal which makes it easier to make appointments, reach our pediatrician and nurses and also Bill pay. Parking is not a problem. Dr. Wells is new to the clinic. She is wonderful, she listens and very thorough. I recommend her if she’s taking new patients.

My daughter is a relatively new patient of Dr. Wells, we have seen her twice. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Our appointment was at 4pm, we arrived about 5 minute early, were taken back about 4:05pm, out intake was about 5 minutes and the provider came in at 4:35pm. I am an FNP so I do know that as a provider it can be hard to stay on schedule as day goes on. The front desk staff were professional.
