Martha was the first professional I worked with at Valley Fair Realty Corporation as I began the stressful process of working to get my son moved across country. Once they knew what we were looking for, Valley Fair Realty Corp. stepped up to the plate in a big way. Poor Joanie (who literally fielded 30+ phone calls from me- all from a different time zone and work schedule) greeted me on every call like I was HER family and I truly sensed she was working hard to do the very job she could to help us get into housing within my son's budget; no small feat given how tight the housing market is right now. I know I would have annoyed myself if I were on the receiving end of so many calls with so many questions, but Joan maintained kindness, professionalism, efficiency, as she helped make my son's long-distance move a reality.

My family and I have been renting from Valley Fair since September 2019 and let me tell you, they are by far the best property management company I've ever dealt with. Every employee there that I've spoke with is very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, honest and accommodating. If there is anything that needs done or fixed or anything at all, they take care of it quickly and hassel free. I have mainly spoken with Tammy through everything since the beginning and she is just amazing! Very genuine, kind, super helpful and supportive! We are moving rentals but sticking with Valley Fair, we don't want to go through anyone else, they are amazing! We highly recommend!

Martha was super helpful and nice the only reason I'm giving a 1 star. Unfortunately her boss didn't give me a chance for the apartment because I only had 2.5 years of rental history. It sucks because they spoke to my actual landlord and I'm sure he stated that I never missed a rent payment. If you don't have more then 5 years of rental history don't spend your money here.
