Cesar does great work. He refinished my coffee table and it looks stunning. Fully stripped, sanded and oiled. Quick turn around and fair price. His consulting was also extremely valuable in helping me decide to have it oiled since it's teak. He also told me what I can do to best protect the wood as well as how to upkeep it by periodically oiling it with Watco teak oil. My only regret is that I waited so long to actually have it done

I have used Valley Furniture Repair & Refinishing on two occasions & I was more than happy with the results both times. To be quite honest my expectations were exceeded. The first piece was Teak with minor wear to its original finish due to the age with a few blemishes(apparently the work of an artistic grandchild)however the second piece was Rosewood & required a more in depth restoration. Both pieces were painstakingly restored by Cesar & as stated in the previous review Cesar recommended the appropriate finish for each piece. I look forward to working with Cesar & his staff in the future.
