The front end and customer service is definitely Horrible...Looked at some reviews and the front end lady was said to be rude 100% True...couldn't agree more she must really hate her job....Definitely taking my Buisness elsewhere and will not recommend valley glass. Myself and others 1st impressions are very bad if she's the front of you're Buisness. I don't normally do reviews but felt i had to this time

They were able to replace my fireplace glass very quickly and a perfect fit. I did need to make the effort to call to confirm my glass was ready instead of receiving a call or email, but I'm sure they are busy.

I ordered four pieces of glass cut to dimensions I provided for a reptile enclosure I was building.

Two days later I got a call they were done and ready to be picked up.

I must have miscalculated and had to bring two pieces back in to have 1/8” removed from an edge.

Overall they were very helpful And the price seemed reasonable.

I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
