HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Vally Guns is Simply a terrible, overpriced, non informing, place of business with a sorry excuse for customer service. I have found a way better places to take my hard earned money. DO NOT RECOMMEND! FIND SERVICES ELSEWHERE!

Many of the negative reviews of Valley Gun Shop are deserving. The front store staff can be rude and cold. The girl acts like she knows it all and you dont know anything. The prices of guns is way over inflated. Ammo is the same way. They never carry CZ items for my handguns. For a family owned business they must come down to earth if they expect to get my business and I buy lots of gun items at the other stores in Bakersfield.

My Experience at Valley Gun was sub-par, When I first attempted to visit valley gun it was closed for renovation so that was my first deterrent from visiting this location. When I decided to go again, I felt it weird I had to go out back to get inside the store. Once I went inside the store I felt a very unwelcoming feeling against me from the staff. As an avid Shooter and gun enthusiast, I felt I was treated coldly. The wait time was long and the staff when they did attend to me, they did as if it were an issue to them. They had an interesting mix of products, If I have had a positive experience at this store I would definitely visit again, Otherwise I suggest visiting one of the other gun stores in Bakersfield that provide higher service.
