I live in Santa Monica and was scrolling on ClassPass for a fitness studio I haven’t tried yet. I recently became obsessed with hot yoga after trying it for the first time in July 2023. I’ve been to countless studios in different locations, such as Sweat Yoga m, Modo Yoga, CorePower Yoga, y6, and more. Valley Hot Yoga had such great reviews that I just had to give it a shot, even though I live about 20 miles away.
Valley Hot Yoga is definitely a great studio, but it's not worth driving here from West LA, in my opinion. The studio has clean amenities like parking, showers, lockers, etc.. the session was led by a great teacher who was able to guide us through a sweaty session, give 1:1 attention, and help me apply some corrections. The guy at the front desk was attentive and helpful.
