Couldn't be a better bunch of guys to work with. I could not find a certain product anywhere for over 300km of where I live. Not only did they send it out that day and I received the next but they had everywhere I called beat in pricing even with shipping costs.

Bought Harvest Right Freeze Dryer from them. They were really helpful and great with the whole process. My machine only came with 1 tray instead of 5 (manufacturers error), but the good folks at Valley Indoor sent me the missing trays right away even though it wasn't there mistake, they took care of the problem.

I took a chance and boy what a bad decision that was. Not only is the delivery charge exorbitant for what I purchased — some of it came USED!!! Full of cats hairs!!! Never again!
