We work with the maintenance department and work closely with drew on a weekly, If not daily basis. She is very easy to work with. She knows what she is doing, responds very quickly to any email, answers her phone with we call and is quick to get answers we may need to complete our work. VIP has honestly been amazing. VIP manages our families properties and continues to do an outstanding job. Everyone at the office is so easy to work with and is always willing to help. I really appreciate open communication and VIP continues to exceed our expectations when conveying information. Their reporting is fantastic. We can’t say one bad thing about our experiences with VIP. We are very thankful to have been working with VIP over the past several years and look forward to working with them for years to come. I also want to give a shout out to Drew, the maintenance supervisor. She communicates very well and works hard to make sure everything is handled. I know I'm not their only customer but I feel like I am.

The entire staff at VIP is great and we've enjoyed their expertise for many years. Not only have they done a fantastic job of increasing returns on our property, they have also strived to maintain the units in top notch shape, while also providing good service to the tenants. Their communication, responsiveness, knowledge of the market and monthly reporting are exceptional. Special thanks to Matt, Drew, Shelby, Feliz, Shirley and Ann for their strong effort. Highly recommended!
