This place is literally the best in the High Desert! Kimberly, Ed, and Chad were excellent in customer service, and with repairing my truck! My truck was in and out in just a few hours, and has been driving great since! This is the ONLY repair shop that’s going under my hood! If you need reasonably priced, quick service, this is your place!

My complaint list is too long to explain how this company failed. All i can offer for advice is get other quotes. or save yourself the major hearthache and just avoid them altogether. I believe the owner ripped me off for a couple thousand the first time they rebuilt it and also didnt do it correctly because it blew up just after the warranty was expired.. i had it towed there in hopes for some help but they quoted me 5,000 to rebuild it again.!!! I called around and 2 other shops quoted me $3500 less for my standard 06 chevy transmission rebuild. So i had to tow it to the other shop. But wait, 80 % of the parts were missing for 3 weeks.. I'll spare the rest of the nightmare. Receptionist worked her butt off to cover for all the others mistakes for three weeks so she deserves a big raise.

On July 12, 2023, I called AAA to have my car towed to Valley Transmission & Auto Repair. They would examine the vehicle and contact me with an update and my check-in paperwork. However, despite several weeks passing, I never received a call from them, considering my check-in paperwork and a detail of what was wrong with my car. After calling to get an update, I spoke with the receptionist, Kimberly, who informed me that they had not been able to look at my car as their mechanic was ill.

After approximately two weeks, I had not received any communication from them, so I called again. Once more, Kimberly told me that the mechanic was still out due to illness and that Eddie, the owner, would contact me with an update. However, Eddie has yet to call me. Given that I had work hours that did not permit me to be off during the auto shop's working hours, I took a day off work to go in person and check on my truck. It was then that I discovered that the engine had a significant amount of guck in it and no work had been done as of yet, and they believed it might be a defect from the dealer. They said they would do their best to clean as much of it as possible and call me back. I asked the shop to send me pictures of the engine, but they only sent them once I revisited the shop and helped them send the images to my wife's phone. They told me they might need to clean some of the guck out the engine before they could determine what was wrong with my car at no cost to me. I asked for detailed paperwork on what needed to be done to get my car back running. However, after a week of hearing nothing, I called the shop to check on my vehicle. I was informed that the owner was out sick, and they had no update on my truck. My car had been at the shop for three months with no updates or explanation of what was wrong. When I asked to pick up my vehicle, I was told that I would have to pay $2,000 but would have to tow it off the property. When I inquired about the reason for the fee, as my truck wasn't fixed, I was told that the mechanic would like more time to try and fix something, and it would be at no cost to me for them to try, but they can't be sure that it will be working even after that. I requested information on what would be fixed and a little more detail and was told the owner would be in touch with the details. I am still waiting to hear from someone with this information or an update.

On October 26, 2023, I spoke with Kimberly about an update and paperwork for my car. I also requested the full name of the owner. She told me she couldn't give me his last name, but I could speak with him. When Eddie received the phone, I requested to pick up my car. Eddie told me that my car wasn't ready, and he wasn't sure when it would be.

After picking up the car, it was in the worst condition before I dropped it off. The tow truck driver and I had it towed to another dealership, and we were informed that the batteries in my car were not the original battier. It had been replaced with an older battered, and some of my wires to intertwine were missing, along with what I know had older parts in my new truck. My truck had been striped as well and they did not fix it. Stay away from this place. If you had any similar experience, do share. I also, didn't like how they spoke to me if felt as if they are rasist so I would warn minorities to be careful at this place. This place needs to be shut down.
