I would give no stars is that was an option. Manager is Rude and can not answer questions regarding the products they are selling especially when it is defected. The manager and staff could not help with returning a product and told us to go online to the manufacturer website. After many attempts to do this and ultimately failing the managers way to solve the problem was to offer me another one at 20% off! They have a no return policy! Once you walk out the door, they wont take it back even if you bought it damaged and realized it later. What a joke!! Lousy customer service and unknowledgeable staff. I will not shop here again or refer it to anyone. I also will write as many letters to as many people to see what my next steps are to get my product that never worked returned. 2 stars for a factory defect not being their fault, but learn how to empathize and communicate with customers for gods sake you're in a customer service industry! I own a restaurant and if there was a steak I sold with a vein popping out of it, or whatever mistake came from the butcher, I'd comp their meal, or at the very least offer them a discount on their next visit. Not treat them like they're lying and question their addictions which should be PRIVATE. This guy literally started judging me by how much I vape and asking personal questions surrounding the subject. So informal, unprofessional and rude. Save yourself from judgment and go to the across the street competitor. Much nicer, cleaner store too.

Great store. It's hard to find the right kind of juice sometimes. I have very picky tastes. They had lots of sample bottles they let me smell to see if the juice was like my favorite. I left with a very good juice. I would highly recommend this store. Really great customer service in a time where it's almost non existent. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back. And soon.
