I was impressed and thankful today, 17 April 2023, for a very competitive boy who helped me to be accepted like a new patient. He has found me providers for all my members from my family . This amazing person is working in customer service. He was very patient and helped me with all the appointments. It was not only for medical but for dental as well. This dental clinic waited until 24 hours to the minute to call me and cancel the appointment I had made 3 weeks prior because the employee that made my appointment was not properly trained on their insurance policies. I feel they should have known well before the day before my appointment that there was an insurance problem so that I could have pursued care somewhere more professional.

I have been going to VV for over 15 years in Lacey. The MAs and doctors are supportive, invested in your care. Reception has ongoing struggles with communication with each other and patients. But admittedly they have a hard job. I do recommend this clinic.
